Which file formats are supported?
You can upload product photos in PNG, JPG, JPEG and WebP. Output videos are in MP4.
How long does a video take?
Most videos are ready in 2–5 minutes. Heavy load may extend this.
Will my product be altered?
No. Our golden rule: shape, color, logo and proportions of the product are preserved exactly. Only the scene, background and motion are generated.
How does the credit system work?
Each video deducts a number of credits. Basic includes 40 credits, Pro 200. Credits are added to your account.
What is the output quality?
Outputs are typically 720p–1080p, and the aspect ratio you choose (9:16, 16:9, 1:1) is preserved.
Is there a free trial?
A small test credit may be granted on signup; see the pricing page for details.
Can I use generated videos commercially?
Yes. Videos generated with your purchased credits can be used commercially for your own products.
Can I cancel my subscription?
All plans are one-time purchases — no auto-renewal. Buy a new pack whenever you need more credits.
