When you create an account we store your email and password (hashed). Product images you upload, generated videos and your choices (plan, scene, duration) are stored against your account.
2. How we use information
We use your data only to provide the service, manage your account, process billing and communicate with you. We never sell personal data to third parties.
3. Images and videos
Uploaded product images are stored on Supabase Storage. Generated videos belong solely to you; we do not share them or use them for marketing without consent.
4. Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
5. Retention
When you request account deletion, your images, videos and personal data are permanently removed within 30 days.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have rights to access, correct, delete and port your data. Contact us at info@ugc-video.com.
7. Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are stored with bcrypt-like algorithms, and we run regular security audits.
8. Policy changes
This policy may be updated. For material changes we will notify you via your registered email.
