1. Service description
UGC-Video is a SaaS platform that lets users generate videos from product images. By using the service, you accept these terms.
2. Account and use
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for account security. Upload only images you own or have the right to use.
3. Credits and billing
Plans are one-time purchases — no auto-renewal. Credits are added to your account and do not expire. Refunds are issued only for credits deducted in error due to a technical fault.
4. Unacceptable use
Uploading copyrighted, illegal, harassing, racist, obscene or third-party product images is prohibited. Violations may lead to suspension and forfeiture of remaining credits.
5. Rights to generated videos
You may use videos generated with your purchased credits commercially for your own products. UGC-Video claims no ownership over the content.
6. Service level
We aim for ~99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. For prolonged outages, we may credit your account.
7. Limitation of liability
UGC-Video makes no promise about marketing performance or sales outcomes. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the relevant order.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by your registered email.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are resolved in courts of Istanbul.
